How this page works

Sources. Every entry comes from an official U.S. federal recall record: consumer-product notices from the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), child-restraint campaigns from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and infant-food enforcement reports from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The "Agency" column names the source; each row links to the original federal record, which has the full product identifiers, photos, and refund or repair instructions.

Refresh cadence. Weekly refresh attempts are scheduled, but publication depends on a successful fetch and review; the published data was last refreshed on September 21, 2026. At each successful refresh, the list includes up to 200 child-relevant recall announcements from the preceding 24 months. A failed agency feed may be omitted even when other feeds succeed; the agency counts above describe the published snapshot. This list is not complete or real-time: check the official agency listings for current notices.

What is included. Recalls where the product itself is made for or primarily used by children: toys and games, cribs and infant sleep products, strollers and carriers, car seats and child restraints, high chairs and feeding gear, infant formula and baby food, children's clothing, kids' bikes and helmets, baby monitors, bath products, and kids' furniture.

What is excluded. General household and adult products (appliances, tools, furniture for adults) even when the hazard text mentions children, vehicle recalls that do not involve child restraints, FDA recalls of products not marketed for infants, and recalls older than 24 months. For the complete unfiltered lists, use CPSC.gov, NHTSA.gov, and FDA.gov.

Not safety advice. This page is a reference index, not a certification or legal notice. Always follow the instructions in the official recall notice and the manufacturer's remedy.
