The most useful reports are about a spec that changed, a model that's gone, a broken link, a photo that shows the wrong product, a recall, or a line that makes it sound like we tested something we didn't.
What happens next
We check the report against the maker's current information, official safety sources, the retailer, or the source the guide cites. Nothing changes on the page until the new information checks out.
How material changes are handled
A small fix updates the page and its modified date. If the new information changes who a product is right for, or where it ranks, the whole recommendation gets another look. If we can no longer confirm what a product is or what backs it up, it comes off the list.
Recall and safety concerns
Potential recalls are checked against current agency notices. The kids' product recall tracker is refreshed from official sources, but readers should still follow manufacturer instructions and verify current recall information before use.
